- 1kg mince beef shopping list
- 1 white onion shopping list
- 5-6 mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tins of tomatoes shopping list
- tomatoe paste shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- red wine shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
- dried basil shopping list
- dried oregano shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- a pack of spaghetti shopping list
How to make it
- first brown off the mince in a seperate pan
- then in the main pan heat the oil then add the chopped onions and finely chopped garlic cook for about 2 minutes
- then add the tinned tomatoes cook for about 5 minutes
- add the browned mince stirr and then add the fresh basil torn up not chopped
- then add the dried basil and dried oregano and the tomatoe paste
- cook until it starts to bubble on a medium heat then simmer
- then in the previous meat pan fry the mushrooms the add the red wine to them cook for about 2-3minutes then add to the main pan
- taste the sauce and season to taste
- now let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes
- meanwhile cook the spaghetti
- bring some water to the boil add the pasta if you twist the top and bottom in different directions softly then place in the water the pasta will splay out and cook evenly salt the water then simmer the pasta until its no longer transparent and is soft
- serve up the dish.
