How to make it

  • Heat oil in large pan, and fry onion, garlic, herbs & spices until they sweat down.
  • Add peppers and more oil if necessary, cook for a couple of minutes longer.
  • Add mince, and cook until browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with chopped coriander, or whatever you normally have with chilli.
