I found this great easy way to melt chocolate for candy making - so great I have retired my double boiler!

Ingredients
  • as much melting chocolate as you want!

Directions
  1. Heat oven to lowest temp - usually around 150
  2. Place chocolate in oven safe bowl/dish
  3. Place in oven with door cracked open
  4. Stir occasionally until melted
  5. Use for making your favorite chocolates!
