quick supper that can be made in advance and freezed. its easy and yum! i some times make it with minced chicken if i'm in the mood

Ingredients
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 kilo minced meat
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • puff pastry

Directions
  1. mix all together
  2. place on pastry
  3. roll jelly roll style
  4. egg
  5. bake on 180deg.C for 1 1/2 hrs
