Italian Vegetable Soup

- 2 lbs ground meat (beef, pork, turkey, or any combination thereof) shopping list
- 2 cups beef stock shopping list
- 2 large cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
- Red wine, to taste shopping list
- 1 large bay leaf shopping list
- Handful of chopped parsley (dry or fresh) shopping list
- 1 or 2 cans of green beans shopping list
- 3-4 sliced carrots shopping list
- 3-4 sliced celery stalks, with diced tops/leaves/hearts shopping list
- 2-3 sliced small zucchini shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the meat, drain fat
- Add wine to meat first & let boil for awhile to cook off alcohol.
- Add the rest of the stuff
- Simmer at least 30 minutes, even better if you can give it an hour.
