California Bean Dip Recipe
The unique dip uses corn, black beans and salad dressings. Its hot sauce, and chili powder give it a spicy kick that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 (11 oz) cans of white corn, liquid removed
  • 2 (15 oz) cans of black beans, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine white corn, black beans, ranch and italian dressing, onion, cilantro, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and ground black pepper, mix thouroughly. Place in the refrigerator, and chill for 8 hours (or overnight) before serving. Remove, and serve with chips.
