This is a super easy quiche to make. My husband loves it-who said men don't eat quiche

Ingredients
  • 2 ready made pie shells
  • 12 eggs
  • ham steak
  • fresh asparagas
  • fresh mushrooms
  • swiss cheese

Directions
  1. chop ham, asparagas and mushrooms into bite size pieces and place in pie shell.
  2. crack 12 eggs and beat well. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. pour eggs over ham and veggies
  4. Sprinkle with swiss cheese
  5. bake at 350 for 30 min or until eggs are set
