How to make it

  • Toast oats in a dry pan until toasted and slightly golden, leave aside.
  • Whisk the cream, whisky and honey together until the cream is starting to become thick.
  • Add the raspberries (save a couple of nice ones for decoration).
  • Add half the oats and fold together till the cream has a slight pink tinge and the raspberries are slightly broken.
  • Add to a glass (if you want you can later e.g cream, raspberries. cream, raspberries)
  • Sprinkle some of the oats on the top with a couple of the left over raspberries.
  • Stick in the fridge and serve once set and enjoy.
