- 1 oz oats shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Single Malt Whisky shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 punnets of raspberries shopping list
- abt 250ml double cream shopping list
How to make it
- Toast oats in a dry pan until toasted and slightly golden, leave aside.
- Whisk the cream, whisky and honey together until the cream is starting to become thick.
- Add the raspberries (save a couple of nice ones for decoration).
- Add half the oats and fold together till the cream has a slight pink tinge and the raspberries are slightly broken.
- Add to a glass (if you want you can later e.g cream, raspberries. cream, raspberries)
- Sprinkle some of the oats on the top with a couple of the left over raspberries.
- Stick in the fridge and serve once set and enjoy.
