Cranachan Recipe
Being a girl I love my puddings and this recipe goes down well in my house. Quick and easy and very tasty.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz oats
  • 2 tablespoons Single Malt Whisky
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 punnets of raspberries
  • abt 250ml Double cream

Directions
  1. Toast oats in a dry pan until toasted and slightly golden, leave aside.
  2. Whisk the cream, whisky and honey together until the cream is starting to become thick.
  3. Add the raspberries (save a couple of nice ones for decoration).
  4. Add half the oats and fold together till the cream has a slight pink tinge and the raspberries are slightly broken.
  5. Add to a glass (if you want you can later e.g cream, raspberries. cream, raspberries)
  6. Sprinkle some of the oats on the top with a couple of the left over raspberries.
  7. Stick in the fridge and serve once set and enjoy.
