Smoked Sausage Skillet Scramble Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz Smoked Sausage (Chop to bite size)

1 dinner plate full frozen Tater Tots

1 cup cheese (shredded)

Directions

Microwave Tater Tots 5 min. to thaw

Pan fry Tater Tots, while chopping them up, until almost browned

Add Smoked Sausage

Add any spices you like ( I use S & P, & when not for kids I add Crushed red pepper), or none at all.

Fry to desired brownness

Top with cheese

Instead of tater tots I used shredded hash browns and onion. I browned them in a little olive oil then added the smoked sausage(sliced). Topped with shredded cheddar cheese. My kids loved it!
