This is a nice guacamole that stays nice and green for awhile.

Ingredients
  • 2 large avocados
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 sweet onion finely diced (Maui onion if available)
  • 2 - 4 T bottled salsa
  • 1 T light eggless mayo
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • a few dashes cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. Mash avocado well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Chill and eat! If you want to eat it right away you can chill the avocado before hand, if it's already ripe, so it'll be at a good temperature.
