Ingredients
  • 6 thin steaks
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • oregano

Directions
  1. Cover the steaks with the beaten eggs
  2. Now cover them in breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil
  3. Once ready, put the steaks in the oven with a slice of cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes til the cheese is melted
  4. Add tomato sauce on top when serving. Sprinkle oregano.
  5. Serve with salads.
