How to make it

  • Bring water in a double boiler to a hard simmer
  • shred cheeses and mix together with the flour set aside
  • in the top of the double boiler add the bottle of beer and let it simmer
  • slowly add in the cheese and flour mixture whisking to mix and melt
  • when all the cheese has been added and mixture is smooth turn heat down to a slow simmer
  • add the ground mustard, worcestershire, and garlic
  • stirring occassionally.
  • use the bread and fresh veggies to dip in the fondu
  • enjoy.
  • you may make this recipe in a fondu pot or use it to keep te cheese warm.
