How to make it

  • Mix eggs, salt, pepper, milk and butter.
  • Add flour until you have a not sticky ball.
  • Roll out and let dry for several hours (even overnight).
  • Cut into very thin strips.
  • In a pot, bring 12 cups of water to a boil and add the bullion or drippings.
  • Add the noodles and turn down heat. Stir until the noodles are all separated. Add salt to taste. Simmer for 20 – 30 minutes. Check for desired doneness.
