  • Chuck all ingredients together in a bow
  • Slowly mix with hands for 15 minutes
  • Should slowly turn malliable
  • Make into rolls cover in butter for a crust
  • Put in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
  • Easy. Best served warm as a side dish.

    This recipe sounds yummy, but I won't be able to try it as vinegar contains yeast. Although some with candida may benefit from vinegar others with different intolerances or allergies do not. May I also suggest you specify apple cider vinegar in this recipe for it's health benefits :D

    the conversions would be:
    • 200g or 1 2/3c plain flour
    • 0.5 tbsp or 1 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 0.5 tbsp or 1 1/2 tsp baking powder/soda
    • 120 mL or 1/2 c water
    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • pinch salt/ sugar
