All out three cheese fondue

- 300 grams emmentaler shopping list
- 300 grams gruyere shopping list
- 200 grams appenzeller shopping list
- 0.5 table spoon of olive oil shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1 bottle of dry white wine (I recommend sauvignon blanc) shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- 3 tablespoon of kirsch shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch shopping list
- crunchy French bread for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- oil your pan
- finely chop the garlic while heating the pan
- put the garlic in and bake while stirring untill light brown
- add one glass of wine (200 ml, 0.75 cup) leave the heat on
- grate all the cheese in a food processor
- put the cheese in the pan
- turn the heat off
- add lemon juice, kirsch and cornstarch and stir well
- let it rest for about 15 minutes, drink the rest of the wine (untill here it could be prepared a few hours in advance)
- heat (medium heat) while stirring untill creamy
- done!
- during the meal more wine can be added when the fondue thickens too quickly
