All Out Three Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 300 grams emmentaler
  • 300 grams gruyere
  • 200 grams appenzeller
  • 0.5 table spoon of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine (I recommend sauvignon blanc)
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoon of kirsch
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • crunchy french bread for dipping

Directions
  1. oil your pan
  2. finely chop the garlic while heating the pan
  3. put the garlic in and bake while stirring untill light brown
  4. add one glass of wine (200 ml, 0.75 cup) leave the heat on
  5. grate all the cheese in a food processor
  6. put the cheese in the pan
  7. turn the heat off
  8. add lemon juice, kirsch and cornstarch and stir well
  9. let it rest for about 15 minutes, drink the rest of the wine (untill here it could be prepared a few hours in advance)
  10. heat (medium heat) while stirring untill creamy
  11. done!
  12. during the meal more wine can be added when the fondue thickens too quickly
