Basil Grape Fusion Sauce Recipe
This Basil Grape Fusion sauce goes well with BBQ beef or pork for marinade or dipping sauce

Ingredients
  • Fish sauce (1/4 cup)
  • Grape juice (1/2 can (8 ounces))
  • Lemon (1/2 of lemon) -- juiced
  • Grape ( 1 cup) -- chopped
  • Basil (1 cup) -- chopped
  • Sugar (5 table spoons)
  • Garlic ( 5 cloves) -- chopped
  • Chicken bouillon (1 teaspoon)
  • McCormick Original Season All (1 teaspoon)
  • Optional: Thai pepper (5 peppers) -- chopped
  • For marinade, add 5th Season - Seasoned meat tenderizer (1 teaspoon)
  • For dipping, add Corn starch (1 teaspoon); Water (1/2 cup); Corn or Veggie Oil (1/4 cup)

Directions
  1. Marinade Direction: Mix all "Main" & "Marinade" ingredients together in a bowl. Then, put meat in the plastic bag and pour the mixed ingredients into the bag and then refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
  2. Dipping Direction: Mix all "Main" & "Dipping" ingredients together except the oil in a sauce pan over med-heat. Once it boiled, add the oil and reduce heat to simmer for 2 minutes.
