How to make it

  • For the fish:
  • 1. Clean the fish fillet (Tilapia or CODfish in my case I prefer either)
  • 2. Squeeze a good amount of lime of lemon
  • 3. Sprinkle it wih a dash of salt an pepper
  • For the batter:
  • 1.Place milk in a bowl
  • 2. Add the all purpose flour (until you reach batter thickness)
  • 3. Make sure that there are no lumps on the batter (the strategy i use is I warm the milk first and then as I put the flour, I keep on stirring it)
  • 4. The batter should be coating the whole fork and it should look like a pancake batter.
  • 5. Dredge it in the Japanese Tempura crumbs
  • 6. Fry until golden brown
  • 7. Place them on top of paper towel to drain the excess oil
  • 8. Put lots of Parmesan cheese on top while it's hot
  • 9. Serve
  • 10. ENJOY!!!
