Ingredients
  • 2-5 lbs. hamburger/chuck
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBS wostershire sauce
  • 1 medium oniuon chopped
  • salt,pepper,garlic powder(to taste)
  • 2/3 cups mushrooms

Directions
  1. combine mixture of meat
  2. form into patties or nini loaves
  3. bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
  4. pour your fave. Brown gravy mixture over the meat.
