Zuchinni Bread

- Mix the following in a large bowl shopping list
- 3 C. Grated zucchini shopping list
- 3 C. sugar shopping list
- 1½ C. oil (canola works best) shopping list
- 2 t. vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- Add shopping list
- 1 T. cinnamon shopping list
- ½ t cloves shopping list
- Add shopping list
- 4 ½ cups flour shopping list
- 1 ½ t baking soda shopping list
- 1 ½ t. salt shopping list
- ½ t. baking powder shopping list
- Bake 1 hour. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until flour is incorporated.
- Prepare 3 med size loaf pans.
- I spray with cooking spray, then line with wax paper.
- Cook for 1 hour plus if needed, middle rack, at 325.
- The top of the bread turns out crispy.
- I love to serve this with softend cream cheese.
- To freeze...wrap in foil, then in a freezer zip lock bag.
- Take out a week later..and POW!!! Flavor is great!
