- 500 g wheat flour shopping list
- 40 g sugar shopping list
- 1/2 pck yeast shopping list
- 3 tbs salt shopping list
- 30 g butter / margarine shopping list
- 250 cc soy / milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- sultana topping as desired shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast
- Add milk into the mixture - stir then add butter and stir well
- Add egg and stir again till the dough not stick. Cover and wait for 30 minutes to let the dough go up.
- Then form the dough into desired shape and put sultanas on top and glaze with egg yolk.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes with conventional oven
