How to make it

  • Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast
  • Add milk into the mixture - stir then add butter and stir well
  • Add egg and stir again till the dough not stick. Cover and wait for 30 minutes to let the dough go up.
  • Then form the dough into desired shape and put sultanas on top and glaze with egg yolk.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes with conventional oven
