Chicken Casserole Recipe
It is an absolutely delicious casserole my mother made me and I loved it. Hope you all do too.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4-6 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg of crackers, crushed

Directions
  1. In a large pot, heat water until boiling, add your chicken and let boil for about 20 mins, or until done.
  2. Drain chicken breasts and let them cool, after they cool then you crumble up the chicken into little pieces.
  3. In a large baking dish, combine soup, chicken and a few (4-6) cubes of velveeta.
  4. Put in the oven on 350 until the cheese melts.
  5. Take out of the oven and stir up the mixture.
  6. Then slice the velveeta into small slices, enough to cover the whole mixture.
  7. Put back in oven until the cheese melts.
  8. After the cheese is melted again, you crush the crackers and pour on top of the casserole.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 mins.
  10. Enjoy!
