Chicken Casserole

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 4-6 cans of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 1 pkg of crackers, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot, heat water until boiling, add your chicken and let boil for about 20 mins, or until done.
- Drain chicken breasts and let them cool, after they cool then you crumble up the chicken into little pieces.
- In a large baking dish, combine soup, chicken and a few (4-6) cubes of velveeta.
- Put in the oven on 350 until the cheese melts.
- Take out of the oven and stir up the mixture.
- Then slice the velveeta into small slices, enough to cover the whole mixture.
- Put back in oven until the cheese melts.
- After the cheese is melted again, you crush the crackers and pour on top of the casserole.
- Bake for about 15-20 mins.
- Enjoy!
