How to make it

  • In a large pot, heat water until boiling, add your chicken and let boil for about 20 mins, or until done.
  • Drain chicken breasts and let them cool, after they cool then you crumble up the chicken into little pieces.
  • In a large baking dish, combine soup, chicken and a few (4-6) cubes of velveeta.
  • Put in the oven on 350 until the cheese melts.
  • Take out of the oven and stir up the mixture.
  • Then slice the velveeta into small slices, enough to cover the whole mixture.
  • Put back in oven until the cheese melts.
  • After the cheese is melted again, you crush the crackers and pour on top of the casserole.
  • Bake for about 15-20 mins.
  • Enjoy!
