This is actually really good. the whole family loves it!

Ingredients
  • 3-5 lb.s boneless skinless chicken
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • reg. size bag BBQ chips (crushed up)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. rinse chicken in cool water
  3. dip chicken in egg
  4. roll & coat chicken with chips
  5. place on cookie sheet
  6. bake for 30 min.s
