  • Peel, cube, & rinse potatoes
  • put in larger pot
  • add water & bacon bits
  • bring to a boil
  • potatoes are done when they are softened
  • drain water
  • put back in pot
  • add the rest of the ingredients
  • (salt, pepper, & butter depend on how you prefer it)
  • mix well
