How to make it

  • Place Shredded Lettuce, halved Cherry Tomatoes, diced cucumbers and seafood highlighter(optional) in a large salad bowl.
  • Add lemon and lime juice, stir through and set aside.
  • Put diced potatoes in a microwave proof bowl, cover with boiling water and cook on high for 5mins.
  • Strain potatoes then add to a frypan. Sprinkle Vegeta Spice over the potatoes, Lightly fry on a medium heat in Olive Oil until Golden brown. Then add to the Salad Bowl.
  • Cook Pasta as packet directions strain and add to the Salad Bowl.
  • Lighty toss Salad until mixed evenly, serve immediately with steamed fish or BBQ'd chicken Breast Fillet.
