How to make it

  • Pre-cook rice (it takes 30-45 min to fully cook brown rice)
  • Saute Chopped onion in fry pan
  • Add sausage and brown till done
  • Add veggies, tomatoes, garlic, and pepper to taste
  • Simmer till hot through (about 20-30 min)
  • Serve this mix over hot cooked rice
