Perfect as a dessert for after a BBQ does not need alot of heat so will cook on the coals after you've cooked everything else

Ingredients
  • Bananas
  • Mixed spice
  • contrau liquer
  • fresh cream
  • half a teaspoon of sugar

Directions
  1. peel bananas and place in individual tin foil pouches encasing the banana dont seal
  2. drizzle with a little contrau
  3. sprinkle with mixed spice and half a teaspoon of sugar
  4. seal the tin foil parcel
  5. place on the BBQ grate for about 10 minutes or until banana is soft depending on heat
