  • peel bananas and place in individual tin foil pouches encasing the banana dont seal
  • drizzle with a little contrau
  • sprinkle with mixed spice and half a teaspoon of sugar
  • seal the tin foil parcel
  • place on the BBQ grate for about 10 minutes or until banana is soft depending on heat
