How to make it

  • Boil chicken with salt until tender.
  • remove the bones, and slice into very small strips.
  • slice cabbage into tiny strips.
  • combine mayonnaise, chicken strips and cabbage.
  • add a teaspoon salt, or according to taste.
  • refrigerate. (can be kept refrigerated for 3-5 days.)
  • use as dip for your nachos, chips, veggie sticks or fried chicken.
  • it can also be added to your favorite burger.
