Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken, deboned and boiled
  • 1 kg cabbage, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 kg mayonnaise, plain
  • salt

Directions
  1. Boil chicken with salt until tender.
  2. remove the bones, and slice into very small strips.
  3. slice cabbage into tiny strips.
  4. combine mayonnaise, chicken strips and cabbage.
  5. add a teaspoon salt, or according to taste.
  6. refrigerate. (can be kept refrigerated for 3-5 days.)
  7. use as dip for your nachos, chips, veggie sticks or fried chicken.
  8. it can also be added to your favorite burger.
