Chicken Cabbage Coleslaw

- 1 kg chicken, deboned and boiled shopping list
- 1 kg cabbage, sliced into thin strips shopping list
- 1 kg mayonnaise, plain shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chicken with salt until tender.
- remove the bones, and slice into very small strips.
- slice cabbage into tiny strips.
- combine mayonnaise, chicken strips and cabbage.
- add a teaspoon salt, or according to taste.
- refrigerate. (can be kept refrigerated for 3-5 days.)
- use as dip for your nachos, chips, veggie sticks or fried chicken.
- it can also be added to your favorite burger.
