i love choc. liquor and decided to make it myself. this is a great recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 vanilla sugars
  • 2 heaped T cocoa
  • 2 heaped T coffee
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup alcohol

Directions
  1. blend first 5 ingredients
  2. place sugar in pot, cover with water and bring to boil
  3. cool
  4. add boiled sugar and alcohol to rest and blend well
  5. yield: 1 1/2 quart
