who says you can't make homemade marinara sauce in a flash? It takes almost as much time to open a can as it does to blend all these fresh ingredients together!
Ingredients
- 15oz (1 large can) tomatoes or about 15-20 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1 red onion shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp.balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 small can black or green olives shopping list
- 8oz button mushrooms (a must even if you don’t like shrooms, they give it a meatier taste) shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh basil shopping list
- ½ Tbsp oregano shopping list
How to make it
- puree it all up, and serve over cucumber noodles or use as a pizza sauce!!!
