who says you can't make homemade marinara sauce in a flash? It takes almost as much time to open a can as it does to blend all these fresh ingredients together!

Ingredients
  • 15oz (1 large can) tomatoes or about 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp.balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small can black or green olives
  • 8oz button mushrooms (a must even if you don’t like shrooms, they give it a meatier taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • ½ Tbsp Oregano

Directions
  1. puree it all up, and serve over cucumber noodles or use as a pizza sauce!!!
