Ribboned Zucchini

- 2lb zucchini sliced lengthwise shopping list
- 2TBS olive oil shopping list
- 1TBS chopped tarragon shopping list
- lemon juice from half a lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Cut Zucchini about 1/8th inch thick (a slicer really helps).
- Heat 1 TBS olive oil in pan. Add half the Zucchini and heat through about 5 mins add salt and pepper to taste. Remove to plate.
- Repeat with other half of Zucchini.
- put the first half of Zucchini back in pan and add Tarragon and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
