Spaghetti Casserole

- 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce shopping list
- 8 oz spaghetti shopping list
- 2 tbs. butter shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp each salt/sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 6 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter with garlic, sugar, and salt in skillet.
- Add meat and brown; drain off fat.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
- Place spaghetti in greased 13x9x2 inch dish; top with cream cheese mixture, then tomato sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheddar.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
