How to make it

  • mix together some basil parsley and parmesan
  • pick pin bones out of fish and skin
  • put filet on sizzle skillet or small skillet
  • salt & pepper fish to taste put dollup of butter on top
  • on top of butter put garlic and minced shallots
  • pour white wine in skillet not over fish cause you want your seasoning
  • put in oven on broil for 6-8 minutes
  • pull out check if almost done to liking put your fresh herb and cheese mixture over top
  • put back in oven 4-6 min untill golden brown
  • pull out put sauce from skillet over top enjoy
