Ginnyquots Hummas with Kalamata olives

- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- Zest of 1/2 lime shopping list
- 1/4c lime or lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4c water shopping list
- 14oz can garbanzo beans-rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1/4c tahini shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 12-14 kalamata olives shopping list
How to make it
- Place garlic,lime zest,lime juice,salt and water in a food processor and pulse 15 times.
- Scrape down the sides.
- Add garbanzo beans and tahini. Pulse 15 times then process for 30 seconds.
- Add olives and pulse just until chopped-- about 12 times.
- This keeps in the frig for over a week but is usually eaten within a few days it our house.
