How to make it

  • Place garlic,lime zest,lime juice,salt and water in a food processor and pulse 15 times.
  • Scrape down the sides.
  • Add garbanzo beans and tahini. Pulse 15 times then process for 30 seconds.
  • Add olives and pulse just until chopped-- about 12 times.
  • This keeps in the frig for over a week but is usually eaten within a few days it our house.
