How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
  • empty can of peaches into bottom of dish, spread evenly
  • pour cake mix over fruit
  • place pats of butter in different spots on top of cake mix to ensure even melting
  • place on middle rack in center of oven a bake for 35 min.
  • remove and let cool for 10 min before serving.
  • spoon into dishes and enjoy!
  • Alternate serving suggestions: serve with ice cream or with a dash of whipped cream on top. I have also made this dish with apple pie filling, cherry pie filling and crushed pinapple....Sprinkle top of pinapple with melted butter and brown sugar before baking for a new take on pinapple upside down cake! Delicious!!!
