Granola

- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1 cup butter or oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 4 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 1 cup dried coconut shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts (walnuts, cashews or pecans) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds and sesame seeds (mixed) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine honey,butter,milk and salt
- Heat until honey is melted and butter and milk are blended in
- Pour mixture over a bowl containing:
- Oats, coconut, wheat germ, raisins,nuts, and sunflower/sesame seeds
- Spread thinly on well-oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.Turn over after 10 minutes.
- Bake until light golden brown.
- Serve with reg. milk or soy milk
