Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg Stouffer’s spinach soufflé, thawed

3/4 cup crumbled ham, or cooked bacon, or crumbled cooked sausage

2 eggs, beaten

3 T milk

1/2 cup sliced drained canned mushrooms

2 T finely chopped onion

3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese (cheddar or monterey jack also good)

Directions

Mix together and pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
