Spinach Quiche

A great breakfast or brunch quiche but my family also likes it for a light dinner with a salad. This is a family favorite; I've tried many combinations of meats and cheeses and we have liked them all.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Stouffer’s spinach soufflé, thawed shopping list
- 3/4 cup crumbled ham, or cooked bacon, or crumbled cooked sausage shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 3 T milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced drained canned mushrooms shopping list
- 2 T finely chopped onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated swiss cheese (cheddar or monterey jack also good) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together and pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
