How to make it

  • Heat bottle of oil in tall pot
  • Cut pack of tortilla in 1/2 or 1/4
  • Place handful in pot (amount varies on pot size)
  • cook until golden brown
  • place on rack with oil drip catch system
  • sprinkle with salt/chili mixture right after taken out of oil
  • serve warm and enjoy
  • Optional to serve with
  • guacamole
  • salsa
  • pico de gayo
  • melted cheese
