Ingredients
  • 1 bottle oil
  • 1 pack snack size corn or flour tortilla
  • salt & chili powder mixture (optional)

Directions
  1. Heat bottle of oil in tall pot
  2. Cut pack of tortilla in 1/2 or 1/4
  3. Place handful in pot (amount varies on pot size)
  4. cook until golden brown
  5. place on rack with oil drip catch system
  6. sprinkle with salt/chili mixture right after taken out of oil
  7. serve warm and enjoy
  8. Optional to serve with
  9. guacamole
  10. salsa
  11. pico de gayo
  12. melted cheese
