Ingredients
  • ground beef
  • onion
  • garlic
  • flour
  • salt,pepper
  • milk

Directions
  1. cook ground meat adding onion and garlic
  2. sprinkle 2 TB spoon flour over and stir till incorporated
  3. add milk {using about one and half pounds meat and 2 cups milk or to your desired thickness
  4. once done season with salt,pepper etc.
  5. spread mixture over toasted bread,muffins or bisquits
  6. may top with a slice of cheese
