How to make it

  • Place each peach half, cut side up, on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (12 inch square). Sprinkle each with about 2 tabple spoons of blueberries, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of butter and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Fold foil around peaches and seal tightly.
  • Grill, covered, over medium-low heat for 18-20 minutes or until the peaches are tender.
