OMG! I made this dish last night for my family and they gave it raving reviews. I must however confess that I was a little scared of some of the fatty ingredients, but I still give this dish 5 stars.....

Very good. Made it last night. Didn't have a red pepper, substituted sun dried tomatoes. Worked well.
