A fast dinner dish. Stove top simple.

Ingredients
  • 1 can of drained water-packed tuna
  • 1 can of sweet peas, drained
  • 2 cups of minute rice
  • 1/2 can mushroom soup (or more)
  • Grated Colby-jack cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook rice and then add the remaining ingredients
  2. Simmer until completely hot and top with grated cheese.
  3. Prep time and cooking time may vary. Just have to be sure it is hot and the cheese is slightly melted.
  4. Serves between 6 and 8 depending on serving size
