Ingredients

bacon grease

flour

can of diced tomatoes or rotel tomatoes

salt an pepper

Directions

heat skillet and add about 10 tabl bacon grease or butter med high heat

slowly add about a cup of flour

slowly little at a time while stirring constantly

stirr till its smooth cook till it starts to change color to a tan

then add can of tomatoes and a 1/2 cup milk stir till thick and creamy add salt an pepper i like a lot of pepper

. put on home made biskets
