  • BISQUICK MIX
  • (1-1/2) CUPS OF ONIONS
  • (3/4) CUP OF MUSHROOMS
  • (1) POUND OF HAMBUGER
  • (1) TEASPOON OF SALT
  • (1/2) TEASPOON OF PEPPER
  • (1/2) TTEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER
  • (2) EGGS (LIGHTLY BEATEN)
  • (1) CUP OF COTTAGE CHEESE

Directions
  1. PREPARE BISQUICK MIX AND SPREAD IN PIE PAN
  2. SAUTE ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER
  3. ADD MEAT AND BROWN
  4. ADD SALT PEPPER AND GARLIC
  5. PUT MEAT MIXTURE IN PIE PAN
  6. MIX BEATEN EGGS TO COTTAGE CHEESE
  7. POUR OVER MEAT MIXTURE
  8. BAKE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
