How to make it

  • melt butter
  • sautee garlic and shallots for 1 min
  • add in all of the vegetables and sautee until just tender then add in the seafood base
  • in a seperate pan poach the seafood then drain
  • in a large pot pour in heavy cream and bring to slow boil then add in cooked and drained pasta and sauteed vegetables
  • cook on low heat for about 10 mins to blend the flavors
  • you can thicken it up with a little flour and water rue if you like
