- 1 lb penne pasta cooked and drained (set aside) shopping list
- 2 green peppers shopping list
- 2 red bell peppers shopping list
- 2 yellow peppers shopping list
- 1 large white onion shopping list
- 3 tbls minced garlic shopping list
- 2 quarts heavy cream shopping list
- 4 stalks celery shopping list
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 shallots shopping list
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp shopping list
- 1 lb scallops shopping list
- 1 lb crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 container of seafood base shopping list
- 2 sticks butter shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter
- sautee garlic and shallots for 1 min
- add in all of the vegetables and sautee until just tender then add in the seafood base
- in a seperate pan poach the seafood then drain
- in a large pot pour in heavy cream and bring to slow boil then add in cooked and drained pasta and sauteed vegetables
- cook on low heat for about 10 mins to blend the flavors
- you can thicken it up with a little flour and water rue if you like
