Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 cup large diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup large diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup large diced onion
  • 1 cup cubed celery
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 24 large shrimp shelled and deveined

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a wok over medium heat.
  3. Add soy sauce mixture.
  4. Cook until lightly thickened.
  5. Add vegetables and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook about 1 minute.
  7. Add shrimp and 1/4 cup of water.
  8. Cook, stir often, until shrimp are just about cooked through, 2 - 3 minutes more.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
