Italian Pork Tenderloin

- Italian pork tenderloin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped prosciutto shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch strips shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the shopping list
- prosciutto, sage, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, and onion 5 minutes, shopping list
- until onion is tender. Mix the pork strips into the skillet, and shopping list
- brown about 10 minutes, turning once. shopping list
- 2. Stir the broth and heavy cream into the skillet, and season with shopping list
- salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 shopping list
- minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork reaches a minimum shopping list
- temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) and sauce is thickened. shopping list
