Ingredients

Apple Fritters

On those cool fall nights it’s so nice to have apple fritters and hot chocolate. I like to make these for Halloween to enjoy with homemade doughnuts!

Cream 2 T. sugar with 2 large eggs; add 1 c flour and 2 t. baking powder; blend well; add 2 - 3 cups sliced apples that have been sprinkled with 2 t fresh lemon juice.

Heat oil - be sure it is hot!

Drop by teaspoonfuls and fry like a pancake! Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar when hot! Enjoy!!
