How to make it

  • chop all veggies to bite size pieces. mix together vinegar, lemon juice, oil and salt and pepper. add to veggies. let marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and using tongs place veggies on foreman grill/grill pan/outdoor grill on foil
  • cook till veggies are tender but still crisp.

    It is half a bundle of asparagus,one each of the peppers, and one onion. I think they will like it.
