How to make it
- In a heavy or cast-iron frying pan, over med heat, melt fat. Add onion and fry 2 min. or til golden. Add Hash Browns and continue frying for another 15 minutes or til desired brown-ness. Remove Corned Beef from can by scraping a fork across the surface to break it up. Add Beets and stir. Season to to taste. Cover and heat through for approx. 3 minutes, stirring at least once.
