Enchilada Sauce

- 8 large Ancho or New Mexico Chiles shopping list
- 1 Arbol pepper shopping list
- 1 box chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can Ro*Tel shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 sm onion chopped shopping list
- 1 TBSP Lt brown sugar shopping list
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Stem and seed Chiles
- Put all ingredients into a pan
- Bring to a boil, boil 2 minutes
- Cover and let stand 1 hour
- In batches, fill blender about half full and blend until smooth
- Add 1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
- Adjust salt to taste
